Pro Tools Performance In A Swappable Drive!
MediaDock Shuttles are removable SCSI drives designed for seamless interchange with other Pro Tools and Avid editing workstations. Designed, tested and optimized for use with audio and video, they are available in both 36 and 73 GB capacities. These hard drives are less expensive than previous drives and may be easily swapped between other DigiDrive and Avid MediaDock chassis.
MediaDock Shuttles are designed to meet and exceed the stringent quality requirements that are standard for DigiDrives. Perfect for audio or video applications, MediaDock Shuttles are also compatible with Avid MediaDock LVD tower chassis, MediaDock LVD rack chassis, and MediaDock 2+ chassis, and support a maximum 160 MB/second transfer rate on PCI-based CPUs with an Ultra 160 LVD host adapter. Up to eight MediaDock Shuttles can be daisy-chained per SCSI bus, giving you plenty of room to create.
