Johnson's Las Vegas archtop guitar is now even more beautiful in tone & appearance. This guitar is carefully built from bookmatched flamed maple for the top and back, and Honduran mahogany for the sides. The bookmatched striping of the maple gives the guitar wonderful symmetry in tone and appearance. The maple's thick grain and strong, solid body give our Las Vegas hollowbody a saturating sound and rich look. The JH-440 is built with high-quality humbucking pickups for a deep and buttery sound. The gold trapeze tailpiece and rosewood roller bridge aid in providing excellent intonation and slinky action.
