The Shure Dual Channel Handheld UHF system features our exclusive MARCAD® Diversity circuitry, which provides the combined benefits of two independent RF sections for remarkable sensitivity, improved reception and exceptional freedom from dropout. The Shure UHF Wireless System lets you "lock" all of the receiver and transmitter program settings, as well as locking "on" the transmitter power. Once the system is programmed and locked, it stays that way. No more accidental channel changes or sudden power losses during operation. It features digitally controlled, programmable LCD displays on both receivers and transmitters that show the group/channel setting. A five-segment battery display on the transmitter and a three-segment remote battery indicator on the receiver show how much transmitter battery life remains. Receiver display screens also show and allow control of frequency, performer's name, squelch setting and Shure's menu "lock out" function. And, LED indicators are included for RF and audio level monitoring.
