We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order before the product has shipped out, you will be required to fill out the form below. Cancellations are not accepted by phone or by email. Please do not call to cancel your order as you will only be redirected to this page!

  • Not in stock
    • If the product that you have ordered is not in stock and needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will be able to cancel your order only if it has not shipped from the manufacturer. If the product has shipped from the manufacturer and is on its way to us, your order is no longer able to be canceled.
  • Drop Shipments
    • If your order is drop shipped from the manufacturer it can only be canceled if the product has not yet shipped from the manufacturer. Once the product ships it is no longer able to be canceled.
  • Special Orders
    • Some products are not eligible for cancellation. Please email or call your sales representative with any questions as to whether or not products are not eligible for cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any order.
  • Cancellation Processing
    • Please allow up to 72 hours to cancel an order. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been processed or picked for shipment.

In order to increase efficiency and eliminate confusion we only accept cancellation requests in writing via our online return form. Processing cancellations online reduces our operating costs. These savings are then passed along to our customers allowing us to offer the lowest prices for musical instruments online period! Please do not call to cancel your order as you will only be redirected to this page!

Once you complete our cancellation form, our cancellation department will evaluate your return request and get back to you via email as quickly as possible. Please remember that all cancellation requests and questions regarding your cancellation can only be addressed through our online form or by emailing cancel@instrumentpro.com. Please allow up to 72 hours, not including weekends, for a response from our cancellation department.

If your cancellation request is denied, please remember that you have up to 30 days from the time that your product shipped to return your product to us for a refund minus any outbound shipping costs. Please DO NOT REFUSE the package or you will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee plus all outbound shipping charges. Please see our return policy for frequently asked questions.
